Mitch Garber, PartyGaming's chief executive, has cancelled a planned sale of company shares and taken options for a further 3.5 million. Over the past six months Garber has sold over nine million shares in the gaming firm, and currently holds 8.75 million.

Under terms of the contract, he must hold at least 3.5 million shares in PartyGaming.
